Since 1999, coaching has been at the heart of my work. What started as an informal role while serving a merger and acquisition team quickly evolved into a core leadership skill. By 2006, I was regularly coaching associates, managers, and leaders—helping them navigate new environments, roles, challenges, and maintain their focus on relationships, outcomes and authenticity.
In 2012, I earned my first coaching certification from Blessing White, specializing in career coaching. While pursuing a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Business Communication at Hiram College, I refined my coaching approach and dreamed of building my own firm. Additional certifications followed in 2016: performance coaching with Inside Out Development and leadership coaching with Korn Ferry, equipping me with advanced tools, assessments, and techniques to drive impact.
In 2019, I established my LLC, taking on clients to pursue my passion for empowering professionals. By 2025, with over 24 years of experience, I launched Talent Ecosystem Innovations to focus entirely on:
